2. Pricing & Currency All prices are displayed and charged in South African Rand (ZAR). International customers may be subject to currency conversion fees charged by their bank or payment provider. Tranquil Bliss Mystery Box is not responsible for any such fees.

3. Import Duties & Customs Orders shipped outside of South Africa may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. 5. Returns & Refunds Customers in the European Union have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving their goods, in accordance with EU consumer protection law. Mystery box contents cannot be returned on the basis of personal preference once opened.

6. Delivery We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 business days. International delivery times vary by destination and are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or courier services.
